MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING
April 10, 2008

Highland Park Fire Chief Alan Wax called the meeting to order at 4:03 PM. The following members were present: Supervisor Mari Barnes and Trustees Bryna Gamson, Margoth Moreno, and Jeff Zaluda. Trustee Plouché arrived at 4:07 PM. Also Present: Tracy Coleman, Shannon Mosier, Paula Peddle, Larry Amidei (HP Fire Dept.), Chief Tom Lovejoy (HWD Fire Dept.) and Trish Lenzini.

Purpose of Special Meeting
The Special Meeting of the Moraine Township Board of Trustees was called for the purpose of familiarizing the Board members with the Small Emergency Plan.

Highland Park Fire Chief Alan Wax, Highwood Fire Chief Tom Lovejoy, and Supervisor Mari Barnes made a PowerPoint presentation covering the history of the plan and what may be expected of the Trustees in the event of a small emergency. The presenters also reviewed the lines of communication and chart of command to be followed during such an event.

No matters came before the Board to be voted upon.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:54 PM.
