New Business
Trustee Gamson suggested the consideration of a policy on van transportation to address the fact that at least one for-profit assisted living facility is making use of our taxpayer-supported services which were created to serve our residents. She suggested that the Board consider: who is a resident (a former resident who moves into the assisted living, for example) and who is qualified to get the $4 rate per one-way ride plus the caregiver rides free. An alternate fee structure by annual subscription or real-cost charges per use for assisted living facilities (where other transport services are not available) and/or consideration of nonprofit vs. for-profit may be considered. The Board discussed and agreed that further deliberation is necessary.

Adjournment
With no further business to conduct, Trustee Douglas moved, seconded by Trustee Schechter, the meeting be adjourned at 5:50 PM. Motion carried.

Respectfully submitted,
