[Approved as submitted to electors at the Annual Meeting of Tuesday, April 8, 2008.]

The following are proceedings of the Annual Town Meeting of Moraine Township, County of Lake, State of Illinois, on the 10th day of April, 2007.

The meeting was called to order by Ellen S. Gussin, Town Clerk, at 6:00 P.M.
The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited.
The list of attendees at the meeting is filed at the Township offices with the draft copy of the minutes.
Pete Koukos moved, seconded by Mari Barnes, Anne Siegel serve as Moderator. Nominations were closed. Motion carried.
The oath of Moderator of the Town Meeting was given to Anne Siegel by Clerk Gussin, and she was sworn in as same.
Minutes of the Annual Meeting of April 11, 2006 were approved as written.
Clerk Gussin read the unaudited Supervisor’s Statement of Financial Affairs for fiscal year April 1, 2006 through March 31, 2007.
Assessor Peter Koukos introduced the staff of the Assessor’s office.
The next Annual Town Meeting will be held Tuesday, April 8, 2008, at 6 PM in the Township office.
Clerk Ellen Gussin thanked Anne Siegel for serving as Moderator.
There being no further business to conduct, Ed Gamson moved, seconded by Charlie Barnes, the meeting be adjourned at 6:09 PM. Motion carried.
