Township Board Recognizes Paula Cyphers

Township Board Lauds Retiring Highland Park Social Worker Cyphers

In action taken at their meeting of September 22, the Moraine Township Board of Trustees adopted a proclamation honoring retiring Highland Park Senior Center Social Services Coordinator Paula Cyphers.

The certificate presented by Supervisor Mari Barnes to Cyphers at her farewell reception at the Senior Center on September 23 noted that her more than 30 years of service had been "outstanding and invaluable to the community." Cyphers' ability to help seniors access needed services, and her support for them during difficult times "has enhanced the quality of life for those residing in [the Township's] service area."

It concludes with the statement that "Paula Cyphers is forever recognized for her dedicated and compassionate commitment to the seniors of Highland Park, Illinois and to the residents of Moraine Township."

Moraine Township is pleased to have participated in honoring an integral member of the community, and wishes Paula Cyphers happiness in her retirement.
