MORAINE TOWNSHIP GRANT APPLICATIONS POSTED, DUE FEBRUARY 1, 2008

Moraine Township announces that new Guidelines and Application Forms for their FY08-09 Grant Program have been posted to their website and are also available at the Township Office, 777 Central Avenue, Highland Park.

Guidelines and Application Forms have been revised for FY08-09.

Deadline for submitting funding requests from nonprofit organizations serving Township residents and/or employees is February 1, 2008.

For FY08-09, Moraine Township anticipates distributing $100,000 to nonsectarian, nonprofit organizations serving Township residents and/or employees. Programs funded must complement the mission of, but not duplicate services provided by, Moraine Township. The Moraine Township Grant Program gives special priority to addressing the needs of the elderly, youth, persons with disabilities, and the economically disadvantaged. Agencies uncertain about meeting these priorities or with any questions are urged to contact the Township before submitting an application.
