LIHEAP (Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program)

Moraine Township Summer Utility Assistance

Moraine Township offers summer utility assistance for income-qualified senior and disabled residents living in a stand-alone structure; the program is not available to residents who live in buildings with access to a cooling room in the building.
