Gail Feiger Brown

Township Clerk Gail Feiger Brown, and her husband Andrew Brown, both grew up in Highland Park. They moved back in 1989 to raise their three children. 

Gail has an A.B. in Government from Smith College, and a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law.

She has been involved in many local community boards, most recently co-chairing the Welfare Council of Highland Park-Highwood, an original board member of the North Suburban Legal Aid Clinic, and Court Appointed Special Advocate for CASA Lake County.  Gail is a past President of the Leagues of Women Voters of Highland Park and Lake County.

She is proud to have served as Moraine Township Clerk since 2013, with its amazing Board and staff, to further our mission to address human needs in our community.
