REGISTER TO VOTE IN PERSON
Register to vote, or change your voting address, at Moraine Township office, 800 Central Avenue, Highland Park, Illinois 60035
Bring two forms of identification to the Township office during regular business hours Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Acceptable forms of ID include:
Illinois driver’s license
Illinois State ID
Employee or student ID
Credit card
Social Security card
Birth certificate
Utility bill in applicant’s name
Mail postmarked to the applicant
Valid U.S. passport
Public Aid ID card
Lease or rental contract
You must be a U.S. citizen, 18 years old by the next election (a 17-year-old can register if their birthday is on or before the date of the next election), and a resident of the voting precinct for 30 days prior to the next election.
By law, voter registration is closed for 28 days before each election and resumes shortly after the election. To check your voter registration status, visit the Lake County Clerk’s Voter Power site or call 847-377-2410.
